This crane attachment offers exclusive, industry-leading safety and speed features with multiple live line functions to reduce cost and maximize return-on-investment.

Exclusive Features:

• The hydraulic rotator articulates a fiberglass main boom for fast and easy stowing and deployment, helps maximize limits of approach and can manipulate the live lines from horizontal to vertical orientation (or vice-versa).
• The “M.A.D. Guard” is an insulated, adjustable physical barrier designed to prevent encroachment into the M.A.I.D. (minimum air insulation distance) as per IEEE 516-2021 and complies with OSHA 1910.269(p)(4)(i) for coverup. Avoid electrification hazards which result in equipment damage, touch and step potential hazards and emergency outages. Patents pending CA 3,236,343 and 3,206,006
• The Leakage Monitoring Collector Bands and Boom Current Monitor offer real-time alerts to pre-set limits to ensure dielectric strength and safety
• O.P.S. Overhead Protection System is an insulated, adjustable, physical barrier to prevent falling conductor hazards into the safe work area

The PowerArm HV has 3 levels of dielectric insulation:

1. The fiberglass boom offers primary insulation and prevents touch potential hazards due to induction and static electricity
2. The polymer insulators provide secondary insulation and are rated for the application
3. The M.A.D. Guard prevents flashover and energizing the crane or digger derrick

The maximum manipulating load capacity for this triple line lifter is 1,500 lbs. per phase for a maximum of 4,500 lbs. Static wires and etc. can be captured so long as the total loading is under 4,500 lbs. Maximum load holding (manipulate with crane only) capacity is 2,000 lbs. per phase for a maximum of 6,000 lbs.
